You weren’t made to do this alone.

As a therapist, I am amazed at the insight and strength of those that I work with, and I hope to help my clients find lasting peace and joy.

I use a combination of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and EMDR, which has been highly recommended for those suffering from trauma, but I’ve found it helpful for just about everyone. I have worked with adults, adolescents, couples and families to address issues such as depression and anxiety; trauma; and working through every day stress and obstacles.

After working in universities for several years, I found myself most drawn to the relationships I formed with others and the stories they shared. I realized that only through counseling would I have the chance to meet others during some of their most defining moments and see their stories play out. I graduated with my Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Indianapolis in 2018, and have been working in mental health for the past five years.
